Title: Baby boom market
Post by: Trenks on July 26, 2009, 07:34:23 pm
Now that I am farther into the research for my decision to move, (and its looking more and more likely! :-D), I'm trying to find out info on construction trends & prospective growth, and specifically info on elder care & health care market looking a few years into the future. That's the area I'd like to work in eventually, specifically developing new facilities. Do a lot of people retire there? Does anyone have info or links to NH, New England statistics on population growth, demographics, trends, anything about the history of the commercial construction market? Stuff like that. If not, fine.

I have no stats to offer but I've been told that NH is definitely a retirement state because of our low crime and low taxes.

If you're looking for elder care, I would think that NH would have plenty of it.  NH has a large senior population.
