An old friend's dad.  You can actually see my friend in the background of the picture; he has red hair.

Here's another one:

Initially I was a bit skeptical of the Stossel deal because of the cost...

Stossel gives all his speaker fees to charity.

We should convince him to give his fees to the Liberty Scholarship Foundation:)

That's amazing. I've never seen a liver actually grow out and down like that.

WHY DIDN'T YOU GET KEITH OLBERMANN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope that you are going to say that he was your FIRST choice!, but wasn't available!

Keith Olbermann's commentaries, etc, are RIGHT ON THE MONEY!

HE would definately inspire all!

WHY DIDN'T YOU GET KEITH OLBERMANN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably because Olbermann is a self-aggrandizing asshole spewing disingenous commentary, who has a miniscule share on an irrelevant cable channel.

Other than that, I'm sure he's a nice guy.

Yeah, Chris, the last 1 min. of that clip is something I never thought I'd see from the MSM.  Also, to Kevin, I pretty much agree with you, but MSNBC is my favorite cable news channel :)

Looking forward to seeing John in person. I've really enjoyed his shows in the past.

I am also hoping that I'll be seeing a lot of old friends as well as new faces in February. Have you signed up yet??

i think John as the keynote speaker is a great idea. He will definitely create some buzz for the forum. I wonder if FTL can pull him in as a guest while they are both in the same hotel.

For some reason, I subconciously added the word "room" to that sentence when I first read it.

A few weeks ago I was in B&N looking for Stossel's "Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupidity" and I found only one copy on the shelf... and it was an autographed copy. Score. They didn't even have a surcharge for the autographedness of it, which I assumed they would. Double score.

I would doubt the authenticity of the signature.  To my knowledge, B&N doesn't sell autographed copies of books, unless it was done at a book signing.
How does the sig compare with this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/AUTOGRAPH-JOHN-STOSSEL-GIVE-ME-A-BREAK-BOOK_W0QQitemZ140030195465QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting
