Floridians moving to Meredith in January. ( mid 30s couple)
« on: October 05, 2017, 05:35:57 pm »

Just wanted to say Hello and reach out to other New Hampshirites.
My fiancd and I are in our mid 30s and have lived in FL our whole life , My fiance will be looking for employment. ( She works in the funeral home business).
I am fortunate to have a job lined up at a barber shop in Meredith.
Looking forward to meeting some new folks and navigating this forum.

Welcome (soon) to NH....I am actually "in the process" of moving myself, albeit from Massachusetts....so not so far. I bought a house in  the White Mountains where I will retire, and hope to move up to at some point soon.

Being "sans-job" right now, it might just be a good time....but there are very few Engineering positions in the Conway (Mount Washington Valley) area.....but Portland Maine isn't so crazy far away that I could not survive that commute.

Anyways.....enough about  my story.....welcome to the great migration...I hope we can get together some time?

You're going to love Meredith. It's an awesome town.

Quality housing on the north side of Winnipesaukee can prove to be challenging some times.

Shoot me a PM and I'll gladly give you the inside scoop on all the lakes region has to offer.

Welcome to NH.
