Title: Chris Lopez has requested more traffic on this forum...
Post by: RidleyReport on May 07, 2017, 01:47:09 am
...so here I am!  How about you?   I guess the idea is to make sure non facebook folks can stay informed and connect.   Where do *you* think free staters should electronically organize activity, communicate, etc, that is not facebook?

I would like to see more people here. There's very little privacy on Facebook. If you post in liberty-themed groups or have many liberty-oriented friends on Facebook, you'll be put into Granite State Progress' database and publicly smeared if you put your head above the parapet at all. A good reason to stay off social media if you can.

I, among others I know do NOT participate on facebook. I barely read emails or answer the phone. I do plan on posting on FSP regularly because of what it all stands for.I believe in REAL FREEDOM. I also believe in an "IN YOUR FACE" attitude towards our oppressors. We can't be shy about our LOVE for real freedom. When we become overwhelming, the "gangs" effectiveness will slowly disappear. You can feel resistance growing and it is beautiful. Think... out of the system...Oh,and by the way, piss on that "thin blue line"
                                                Thanks, Instinct2BFree

Me and a few others post on here regularly and answer most people's questions.  Honestly, though, not many people come here.

Forum use is seriously down across the NH liberty community and has been for years, but the Shire Forum may be making a comeback!

Just today alone there were four new introductions posted by people planning to move to or already living in New Hampshire on the Shire Forum!

Please take a moment and welcome them - they might be planning to move to your area.

I've been reading this forum from time to time, just haven't posted much. And I don't do Facebook or any of those kinds of media that are now so connected with government snoops and apparatchiks. The information I've seen on this forum has been very useful. There have been times that I wanted to write a reply to a forum post but just hadn't had the time, but I'll try to do more (especially because there's more info that I need and will ask on this forum like i had done before).

I like forums because posts are stick and can be referenced for many years to come.
I think perhaps people have started to get settled in with their own "groups" and are not so much reaching out to connect with others unless there is a big event that pulls everyone back together.....

I guess life just gets in the way of things some times.

As for me....I lost my job in January and have been looking here in the North Country as well as back in Mass where I still live I do own a house here in Conway  and would love to live here...if I could just find a job.

My "real career" is as an Electrical Engineer...but little of that up here. There was one promising job at the paper mill in Groham, but I guess I didn't fit the bill. (and I can actually understand why)

I just started the process to be a letter carrier....but again, no work up here, only in Central Mass.....sigh....

Conway is a highly seasonal place... probably not a lot of skilled occupations there, I concede. You may be interested in these Facebook groups focusing on jobs: https://www.facebook.com/groups/fspjobalert/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/lakesregionporcassistance/ .
