As far as I can tell....

According to the  The Capital Free Press.
The top 114 libertarian websites consists of 5 sites located in NH which is almost 4% of the list.  
Over 13% of the sites listed are Free State Project oriented if you only factor in the 10 others sites listed that have very close relationships with Free Staters.  
The NH influence in Libertarian thought is over 14% if one removes the 9 "Paul" election sites.
