Title: Looking for Tax Attorney to Incorporate Business
Post by: Christian Saucier on August 04, 2013, 12:52:16 am
Hello Liberty Lovers!

I'm looking for a liberty-oriented tax attorney to help me incorporate a business.

Can you recommend an attorney you've used in the past?

Thanks!

Is there a reason you're looking for a tax attorney, specifically?  Do you have a preferred form in mind?  Because if it's an LLC, NH law makes that ridiculously simple, so you really shouldn't need an attorney.

If you do decide that you need an attorney, Brandon (http://bdrosslaw.com/) is good (even if his website is pretty limited - I guess he spends too much time working on legal cases to complete it...).

I'm actually looking at incorporating out of state and want to discuss various scenarios with knowledgeable individuals. It doesn't have to be an attorney.
