Put it this way. If someone is shooting at you and trying to kill you - you should be able to shoot back - no matter what or who is in the way. It's awful, I know. But what else are you supposed to do? Not defend yourself?


It is awful, and WRONG!  It is wrong to shoot someone who is NOT attacking you!  If you cannot effectively shoot at your attacker then perhaps seeking cover or a better firing solution are possible answers.

     Thanks for the suggestion, but Free Talk Live doesn't really have guests, it's an open format talk show.  You could always call in (if we were on the air).  We don't screen out most calls.
