Rates for area hotels/motels

Gunstock Inn - I'll be calling tomorrow (unless someone already knows the rates)
Ames Farm Inn - $85
Belknap Point Motel - $115
Greystone Inn - $90-$110
Bartons Motel - I'll be calling tomorrow
Bay Top Motel - Currently awaiting e-mail response

Are there really no Days Inn, no EconoLodge, no Holiday Inn around? No chains at all?

maybe out by 93 ... but people don't come to the lake .... for chains Smiley .... it is also small town nh. Smiley

Rates vary depending on room (every room is different, but there are basically 4 types/rates of rooms)
$95 and up...
