The next meeting was supposed to be tomorrow, but the date slipped up on us and nothing has been set up....
So, May 8 , 2004 at a place to be determined will be the next meeting.  If you have any preference as to location, let me know.

FSP has a member who will be walking from KY (just south of Cincinnati) to NH this summer.  This 1000 mile walk to freedom has great symbolism, and should generate some good publicity for the FSP in the process.  The plan is to have Porcupines offer him a place to stay & a meal to
a) help keep costs down, and
b) build relationships among Porcupines.

Any Bluegrass area 'Pines or FSP friends who can offer assistance in this area should contact GhostCow, or post on the Walk to NH thread:

I'll be trying to show up to this meeting as well, if work will allow it.

yeah, name's rick. recently signed up, and am voluntarily copying the brochure and starting a local discussion group in the cincinnati area regarding the FSP. any input from you guys would be most appreciated, and if you want to attend, you are more than welcome, as soon as we work out the details of when, where, etc. me and my buddies will be doing tabling, handing out flyers to random folks, ANYTHING to spread word and get people involved.  my email should be posted with this message, so get in contact with me.
