Well, as long as that settlement money goes to the land-owners who'se property has been damaged I guess I don't have too much problem with it. Considering that many of the airborne contaminates ended up in public water supplies and underground acquifers that are common property - so the payment would go to all equally... do you still have a problem with it? |

Well, make sure it goes to the quasi-public water companies and stuff then too.
Just don't let it get eaten up in a beurocratic black hole.
