Grafton Area
« on: August 20, 2012, 09:04:42 am »

Been looking for Acres or house w/ land in Grafton. If someone from area can contact me with idea or for sale by owner I would appreciate it. Have reviewed nneren listing and viewed a few properties. I,m looking for some usable level property, mini farm like set up. I know NH is hilly, but there has to be some flat spots. Sometimes owners sell prop. without listings and maybe local eyes can help me. Don,t need to much land 5 acres or so or less. Dan Danomiser@yahoo.com  thanks

Slopes have the advantage of more surface area per acre. More land less tax. It's like having a vertical garden.

look up our friend Dave Walthour for real estate. He lived there and still can look for property in the area for you. I think he moved 2 town away.

I had a good experience purchasing my property from Roche Realty. I'm still investigating the property and town, but so far Alexandria seems to be nice and quiet. Also, most of the properties in Alexandria are going at bargain rates.

Nice and quiet is always nice. I always found Alex. To have too many cops like another prep school town Canaan.
