Buckwheat’s is looking for a few good folks to help us get the bread made! We are looking for people with prior commercial bakery or food handling experience right now, since we need you to be able to be ready to handle the pace of a commercial bakery right away. Also, to work in the production area of the bakery, you do need to be at least 18 years of age. Currently we are looking for: •Baker •Assistant baker •Packaging, Prep & Cleanup person These are part time positions, 20-35 hours per week, and although we’ll adjust as necessary, right now we are scheduling for a 7am-4pm shift and a 4pm to midnight shift.
