Don't forget that the constitutional amendment to ban income tax in NH will be on the ballot this year!  So, hopefully people get out and vote for that.

Well, it's rather difficult to ban past enactments.  That stolen money has already been spent.

I agree with you, but I do not think Romney or Obammy could care less about your no confidence. They only care that the win with less then a majority.

No, the amendment explicitly exempts all current income taxes (eg, the Dividend and Interest tax).  Those taxes in effect at present, will be grandfathered, and may continue.
