The room in downtown Keene is available starting 7/1/12 for around $300 per month (negotiable depending on how many months you commit to the room), a share of the utilities and a security deposit. The room is the only room available in downtown Keene with a pro-liberty landlord. It is around 11 1/2 by 11 1/2 or large enough to hold a king bed, large dresser and large desk. It has a closet and wood flooring. The apartment has a large living room and kitchen with a washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, ice maker... There is off street parking for a car, plenty of on street parking and a basement for storage. The room is so close to so many businesses in Keene, you don't even need a car if you don't want one. Post here or PM if you are interested.
It may take me a few days to respond to messages.

I noticed that several available rooms in the Keene area were recently filled. This room is still not available as of today (June 3rd) but should be available before July 1st. In fact, it may become available as early as June 10th. If you are interested in learning more about this room or having a walk though, please let me know.

I have just moved into Keene and I am looking for a place to live. I won't have a lot of money until the end of the month, but I have plenty to trade/barter with. Feel free to e-mail me if you are interested.

Greetings Patriot! My name is Joe. I am a 52 year old Gay Libertarian and am very excited to have learned that such a movement exists in NH. I became disabled after a bike accident in July 99 and a head injury survivor. I've been working non-stop as an activist long before my accident. I have no problem collecting the insurance I paid into since age 13 and use my time devoted to the cause of Liberty on multi-issues. $300 would have been totally perfect and being around and in the company of other like minded folks is a dream come true. Please keep me in mind and/or if you know of other arrangement, please contact me. Any questions? Don't hesitate to contact me. Peace and Smile Often! Joe

This room is open again. See new thread. For the record, the tenant is leaving the room because renting the room was only a temporary month-to-month plan for the tenant. The tenant seems happy with the room and the move isn't related to the room but a job somewhere else in the area and so on... New thread http://forum.freestateproject.org/index.php?topic=25593.0
