Sponsor:  http://MailToJail.com - Moultonboro Speaks is reporting residents of the New Hampshire town will have to fork over more than $4,000 in expenses helping high schoolers party.   The money would underwrite prom limos.  But expenses would reportedly be higher if certain "sick fees" were to apply!  For details & discussion click link or see video descrip.
