I-95/128 Belt in Massachusetts, the majority of which is easily commutable from most of southern New Hampshire, is exploding with biotech and technology jobs. The Boston Globe has a photo series with details about the expansion of the high way, the development of lab and office space along side it, and the large number of companies moving to the area:
The influx of biotech companies is only more pronounced in Cambridge. There are at least 5 20+ floor buildings representing tens of millions of square feet of office and lab space currently being built. Microsoft and Google are also undertaking construction projects in Cambridge. Cambridge is starting to look like mid-town NYC, and is easily commutable from most parts of southern New Hampshire.
Anyone letting worries about finding work hold up their move is crazy.
yep, I work for a biotech company in that corridor.
