Hi Folks,

Lately, Freedom Bus Caravan http://www.freedombuscaravan.org sponsored rallies have finally been drawing larger numbers. But we will not make it to the mainstream media and the American public, unless the momentum and numbers continue to build.

At several protests of Mitt Romney, and a couple against Newt Gingrich, the major networks got lots of video... but it apparently ended up on the cutting room floor. Alternative media has also been filming, and we are hoping some of that will be coming out before long.

But we've got to keep building the numbers of activists on the ground!

It is looking like this week will be a slow one, with the major candidates spending most of their time in Iowa. (But stay tuned in case of unexpected changes on short notice)

After Iowa votes on Jan 3, the whole circus moves to New Hampshire big time -- daily events -- and we are ready for it. (And "Occupy NH" is working on food and housing for all activists coming to the state for this and many other issues)

During slow times we have done a good deal of interviews and media outreach -- including getting on C-SPAN (briefly) in one of their nationwide broadcasts.

Local legalization activists in NH, have put together a page of songs, which are being sung by "Shire Choirs" at rallies. Here is a link:

Even without Newt & Mitt around, things are bubbling in NH this week. On Friday, Dec.30, in Manchester, several medical marijuana groups will be hosting a meeting for supporters:

All are invited to attend. It will be a fantastic networking event for those in the Movement. I will try to send out a reminder on this to Facebook and Yahoogroup lists which are specifically local to New England.
