Are there any Porcupine friendly career counselors? Should people that want to change careers or advance in a current career live in New Hampshire?
If so, what services are offered and what fees should one expect for the career counseling service? Is testing to determine personality type offered? What personality types work best together? Does the career counselor offer job placement or on the job training? Is the counselor able to suggest jobs/careers that an individual might enjoy and be very well suited for? Does the counselor offer career change counseling? Does the counselor network with employers looking for specific personality types?

I run the FSP job alert page on Facebook, and work for a recruiting company. I also help people with resume/interviewing skills. There are some other people around who do a fair amount of work helping people plan career shifts and business ideas. What did you have in mind?
Fees range from an ounce of silver per hour to free conversation.
Your mileage may vary depending on how deep you want to go in the analysis.

"Bother!" said Pooh as he chambered another round.
An employer willing to train or educate employees for a new career is ideal. Advancing into a different area of current career is fine. Someone willing to work with someone that lives outside of NH. Personality tests to determine which co-workers work best together. Personality test that reveals the careers a person is best suited for. Guidance into a new career. Legitimate work from home jobs might be nice for someone planning a move .
I was thinking testing might be the best place to start to find a win win situation for employer and employee.
