Home Tree - Phase 0
(At the Geodesic Domes in the Woods)
Long and Short Range Mission: To form an enchanted community that will give birth to a highly profitable eco-friendly treehouse village model that will spread rapidly throughout the shire and on out into the rest of earth's jungles and forests. This will lead to the decline of systemic slavery, the emergence of a new voluntarist economy providing all products and services, and the blossoming of a diverse culture of interdependent self-sovereign individuals. Starting immediately, we will begin meeting potential new tribemates to fill three rooms now open in the two geodesic domes currently under revision on Ananaki Land near Mud Pond (i.e. central New Hampshire near Henniker). New tribemates will have access to high speed internet, community meals, two community kitchens, laundry facilities, other multipurpose community spaces, tools, musical instruments, and potentially to shared tribal vehicles as well. In addition, other affordable living arrangements may be possible on the property's 6 partially wooded acres. Rental rates and terms will be competitive with the local housing market.
Desired Beings: Emotionally mature, responsible, high-integrity, freedom loving gods and goddesses interested in forming a cuddle-friendly clothing-optional community devoted to maximizing each individual's lifetime happiness. Our community will be intimately connected to the voluntarist freedom movement underway in New Hampshire. We are looking for liberty lovers that prefer to take a free market agorist approach to social activism. We wish to free ourselves, within and without, from all unchosen obligations imposed by culture, governments, and religions.
We seek a holistic existence, celebrating all aspects of life with each other. Although many labor trade opportunities will soon be available within the community, most new members will need to initially have some outside income. Members with experience in permaculture, engineering, construction work, interior decoration, online sales, and arboriculture may be able to trade their services for rent or partial ownership. Members gifted at organic produce rescue and wildcrafting may also be able to contribute to the community's currently 99% freegan and wildcrafted diet.
The Challenge: Here at Home Tree, we seek to create a community that will nurture a new culture free of violence, in cooperation with nature and all beings. We are not satisfied with the way our society organizes work, play, love, sexuality and relationships. Home tree is an environment where we can give and receive love with full transparency and in complete peace. We are continually exploring new ways to create deep trust and mutual understanding within this new tribe of hearts to aid us in our mission of self discovery. At Home Tree we don't avoid conflicts, but look at them as opportunities to come closer and refine our way of life. We support each other in being present with our feelings and staying fluid with them. We wish to allow everyone in our intentional family to be who they are and be seen in a way that supports their healing, growth and empowerment. We strive for consensus problem solving and use free market principles wherever possible to tackle community life challenges.
Home tree is an environment that nurtures Non-violent Communication, deep listening, and the spiritual practice of presence. We believe that positive thought is an element capable of directing the best of people’s energies, tracing the road between people, their dreams and their human and spiritual growth. However, on a note of caution, Home Tree is also an enchanted faery woodland that has completely succumb to delusions of Pronoia. Pronoia is the suspicion that the Universe is a conspiracy on your behalf. While symptoms of Pronoia include chronic optimism and sudden outbreaks of goodwill, Pronoia, like paranoia, can cause dangerous irrationality if taken in massive doses... grounding and skill at snowboarding are key to making the most of an onslaught of Pronoia.
Luckily, Pat's Peak Ski resort is two miles down the road. To aid in daily grounding, work is also underway to connect a sauna to the outdoor super-insulated wood-fired hot water heater which will also be connected to a tree suspended hot tub currently in progress.
Your Move: If you are being called to explore this further, please email us at robrolen at gmail.com and tell us a bit about yourself, your situation, and what you are looking for.
