FT Office Work or Odd-Job(s) Needed January 2011
« on: May 26, 2010, 01:07:57 pm »

Hi all,

I am going to be moving to NH at the end of December this year (2010) and will want to start working January 2011. I will be living between Portsmouth and Manchester so I can drive to either city and all places in between.

I am guessing there will be an abundance of jobs on the coast during vacation months, but I need to find something right away after I move. I figured putting this up now couldn't hurt even though it is far in advance.

I am a female, mid 20's, with no kids. I have years and years of computer experience that includes office work as well as Web 2.0. Previous jobs were in retail and food service.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Nursing, but will be putting school on hold for at least a year until tuition costs go down after I have residency status.

I can do office work such as clerical, reception, assisting, etc. I have experience with website admin, maintaining social networks, speaking on the phone, customer support through e-mail and IM, and general office tasks. I am also an experienced researcher and have been working in the sales and marketing department at my current company for 3 and half years. Other types of work I would be interested in include housekeeping, and of course medical related work. I am not too picky at this point about what kind of work I'll do, so odd-jobs are definitely an option.

If you have any suggestions or want more information and a resume send me a PM with your email address or other contact info and what position you are hiring for and I will get back with you right away.

Thanks and I look forward to living in NH with you all!

P.S. If anyone is going to PorcFest next month and wants to meet up, I'll be there. Smiley

Welcome aboard. I always tell people to check out http://jobsinnh.com/ and http://nh.craigslist.org/jjj/ for NH empolyment searches. They have always seemed to post the most and newest listings per day with a wide array of genres. Viewing it over time will give you an idea of what the market is up here.
