I don't know who are the peeps in charge of organizing PorcFest this year, but there aren't any posts around about 2010, and I'd like to help any way that I can!

Same here. I'd like to help out with something too. It will give me some structure to my schedule and make it easier to meet people. Not sure when I'd be available exactly, yet.

Last year when I spoke with Carla Gericke she said, if I recall correctly, that she would be coordinating again this year, but was seeking to train a replacement for 2011.  Mark Warden would also likely know.

Apologies to both if I just blew your covers.  Cheesy

Also, had a blast last year, and both A_G1RL and I (memefilter) are planning on attending again this year, this time with more preparation for the vagaries of bandwidth and connectivity, etc.  I think we've talked several others into going, and I've tried to contact Rogers' internet provider about upgrading but they haven't replied.  As such, we're happy to volunteer anywhere we can, bearing in mind that our primary goal is live broadcasting the event.

Hiya, happy helpers! Send us an email to: porcfestvolunteers2010 @ gmail.com with your name, contact info (email/phone) and any areas you're interested in helping with... marketing, music, food, etc, and whether you are willing to help at PorcFest itself. THANK YOU!!!
