i dont have a car, so i couldnt do this personally; however, i would be willing to help set up/run this if anyone wanted to pursue it.
there are several businesses on the west coast, including 'pink dot' that are 'everything delivery'. you can get fried chicken, soup, toilet paper, and cat food for a small delivery fee... but in a town this small, you could easily make a ton of money by charging a few bucks for delivery, and making 20 deliveries with 1 shopping trip.
just a thought. i loved pink dot, and i know a lot of people used it.

Does FSP have a services directory for cash businesses like mine to post their services. I am a professional housekeeper and specialize in Vacation Rentals, Bed and Breakfasts and private homes. I’m not sure about cash, but these guys are maintaining a directory of businesses that take silver:— http://nhlibertydollar.com/http://shiresilver.com/http://shiresilver.org/Sorry I haven't gotten ShireSilver.com's directory done yet. There's a few things that are higher priority right now, and fairly critical. Mike Ruff is working on a free market job/temp like agency. He's at summer camp right now though, teaching "at-risk" boys to be responsible adults. http://ancapagency.com/

I think the statutes on electrical allow the homeowner, or unlicensed sub, to do the work as long as the home owner remains in the home for two years after the work (could have changed). There are of course obligations with the power company when it comes to the actual electric panel.

And then there certain towns can have restrictions that are even more onerous.
