Hi,

We're currently under contract to buy 210 acres in the Croydon area (Sullivan county).  Our plan is to create a business incubator to help people figure out what drives them and to help them turn it into a business.  In order to fund this effort, we plan to host camps, workshops, classes, community activities, and public events. We would like to build cabins to house the students of our business incubator.

The question to y'all is are there any obstacles -- like rules, regulations, institutions, people, etc. -- we need to watch out for.  Also, do you know anyone we need to talk to that can help?

Our closing date is the end of September, and we're psyched!

Thanks,
Jody

P.S. If any of you want to use our property for any classes, workshops, camps, etc., let me know!
