I have reserved a hotel room at the Gunstock Inn, which is 3/4 of a mile from the campground. I have it Mon-Thurs nights, but not Friday or Saturday night. The room costs about $100 per night. If someone wants to share room and cost, let me know. Please, no smokers, pets, or loud snorers.

Is anyone planning to camp that might have room for someone else willing to chip in? I'll be flying in so I can exactly bring much camping gear, beyond perhaps a sleeping back and maybe an inflatable mattress. I'm voluntarily unemployed at the moment so just trying to keep my costs down. Seems like I could save a lot by avoid a hotel room.
I'm getting two campsites for the week for the RI crew. Looks like with a little shuffling we have a spare spot and tent for the week. |

That would be perfect. BTW, do we need to bring our own towels and such? I understand there are showers but my guess is they aren't equipped like a hotel room. |

Towels, soap, shampoo. Rubber clogs are a good idea,too.

I am willing to share a campsite. I will be sleeping in my van (not a camper). I am a single male in my 50's. My e-mail address is listed under my profile. I smoke and drink beer. Is anyone willing to share a camp site? Maybe a few of us can share a cabin to keep the cost down. It seems we'll be paying more than we did in Lancaster. I am one mellow male porcupine.

I would be interested in discussing sharing your home. You're responding to a post from last year's Porcfest. Pete's a nice guy. I stayed at the house a couple nights last year. But he was trying to sell that house so I don't know if he's doing it this year. |
