Make fun of me if you want, for believing in what total strangers says. But I will try to find the original source for these claims however until I done so I will take them to be the reality because I think it's best to play it safe. If it isn't like George Gordon and Michael Badnarik claims. I will be the first one to be delighted. Because that means it will save me a whole lot of trouble.
Here's some info with originial sources (congressional record, trading with the enemy act, senate reports, recorded speaches, etc.). http://www.criminalgovernment.com/docs/emer.html

lord,
what is your nationality now? I would assume that most nations assert that they have the power to conscript you and force your participation in programs like the Social Security Administration.
The way that some patriot movement guys put things, it makes them sound a lot worse than they are in practice. It is only because America has a strong liberty/constitutionalist bent that you hear people complain about our government's abuses. I assume that you live in a European nation. How many government abuses are there in that country? Could it be that people just don't care whether the government has authoritarian powers in your country?

citizen_###, yepp you are totally right. People don't care about governement abuses. They don't even see it as an abuse because it has been this way for centuries. That does indeed put it in perspective, much brighter. And much better that people actually do speak up against the system. I'll continue to do investigation about immigration and move as soon as it is possible.

I am moving, I pledged I will be moving. And besides, it is something I want to do. Even if I had not pledged. But there is no reason to be stupid.

Right on, congrats on your decision to move. I agree that there are immigration issues such as those you stated. Problem is, we have quite a bad immigration problem on our hands now, so bad, that even those who want to come here legally get screwed. I don't think you're stupid at all, you're a different type of paranoid that some people have a problem with. The real problem is, some people don't even want to read someone else's ideas or point of views. That's stupid, but their right. When you get to NH, I hope you find it quiet and peaceful, get a hunk of land in the woods and prepare to be left alone. . . that's my plan. And if you want conversation, come on over, because I will listen to pretty much anyone's ideas over a glass of rootbeer.
