A commissioned job search agency.   Something everybody looking to move to the Free State needs.  Something FSP needs.

An agent, qualified to find jobs in a field, equipped with the contacts of hiring employers, who finds professional jobs in New Hampshire for Free Staters.  Someone who knows not to publish these resumes publicly, or in locations other than N.H.

I could sure use something like this.   Just using Monster for 2 years hasn't cut it.

A big agency will circulate my resume everywhere, so my current employer will know I'm lookin'.

So I need something more discreet.

After moving, I might even be able to DO this, in technical fields --Engineers--Technicians-- where I am a good judge of ability  and could give ideas where there might be matches,  and how to develop professionally.

Nowadays, companies pay a commission for the recommendation and placement.  It saves them work sifting thru thousands of resumes.  Not so long ago, job seekers paid the commission, and the agent worked for THEM.

Question to y'all:  Would you be willing to pay a commission, say 3% to 5% of your first years earnings, for a job placement in N.H.?

Sounds like a good idea for some folks.  Is an agent paid both by the company and the prospective employee?  That doesn't sound quite right somehow, but I haven't needed this service.
