Homeschooling just got a little easier in NH

I'm no lawyer, but it looks like a summary is:

* Homeschooled students require one-time notification (previously, notification was required every year)
* Homeschoolled students require a annual evaluation but do not need to submit them (previously, a submitted evaluation was required every year)
