Just for Fun Poll -- Send in Your Vote Now!
« on: September 15, 2003, 04:05:30 am »

This thread will be locked.  There is already a thread dedicated to discussion of the ongoing vote.  The purpose of this thread is only to provide an idea as to the eventual winner, with as much accuracy as possible.

1.) If your vote is listed incorrectly, or is not listed at all, please IM me with the information.

2.) Votes from voting members, only, please.

3.) Even if your vote is listed, please make sure that all other votes from your household are listed as well.

4.) All IM'ed votes will be included within 24 hours and the results updated accordingly.

Keith, I've gotten some emails from people confused about this thread.  Can you please clarify that a) you did not receive any of this information from official ballots, and 2) this is an informal and unscientific sampling of members?  Thanks.

Of course, Elizabeth.

These votes were all either posted by voters on this forum or emailed directly to me.  It was all entirely voluntary.  If you do not wish to have your vote listed, please let me know and I will delete it.  Keep in mind, however, that you will have to delete your vote where you posted it (where I found it) by yourself.

This poll is to be taken with a good natured grain of salt.  It is just for fun only.  I wrote "as much accuracy as possible" above.  That, frankly, isn't very much.  The sample is too small to reflect on 5200 voters, and the votes of these active posters here on this forum would certainly end in skewed results.

Hope this clears up any miscommunication.

The following changes have been made to this poll:

The votes of Suggesto and Phylinidaho have been deleted at their request, as they were outdated and they declined to provide their current vote.  Two people emailed me and said that ZionCurtain and EMOR were actually the same person, so ZionCurtain's vote has been deleted as redundant.  If this is not the case, Zion, please email me at keithrmurphy@comcast.net .

Sjolley and Tony Stelik's vote was changed to reflect their ballot, per their request.

The following people were added, per their requests: Tjolley, Tom Spanos, Deawarean, Bookish_Lass, JTopping, Michelle and Jim Dumas, Doug H. and his wife.

---------------------

Friday Jones' vote was deleted at his request.

The following people were added to the poll: Liz M., Tom Kershaw and his wife, and Lindac15.

Jhfenton's vote was updated per his request.

---------------------

Lloydbob's vote was added.

S. Coven's vote was modified at his request.

All corrections, additions, or deletions may be mailed to me at the above address or by using the IM feature.

The delay in updating is as a result of Hurricane Isabel.  I've been without power since Thursday evening, and do not expect to be restored until late this week.  Thank goodness for car laptop chargers!  Still, I'm ready to kill for a hot shower.

The following changes were made today:

Votes were added for Justin, GMJWright, and Dan Whiteside.

Votes were updated for Ceol Mhor and Radar.

DifferentTinsel's vote was updated, and her husband's was added.
