Planning on visiting NH before deciding to move
« on: February 29, 2016, 11:09:46 am »

My fiancĂ©e and I are interested in visiting NH before deciding on where to move. I'm 34, she is 27.  We are looking for a community of like-minded libertarians, home schoolers, young families. Which towns/cities would you recommend visiting?  Thank you in advance.

Well, the vast majority of the state would be suitable for you, I think. The Seacoast, Merrimack Valley, and Upper Valley are regions with lots of young families (mine included). We live in Lebanon, in the Upper Valley. If you'd like to visit this area, I'd be happy to show you around. In any case, you should definitely get in touch with the FSP Welcome Wagon: https://freestateproject.org/move/welcome-wagon . Thank you for suggestions Jason! :) Right now we are looking to come in mid-April for a week.  We want to do a road trip and check out multiple towns/areas.  Once we finalize our dates, we'll let you know.  If you have time on one of the days that we are in your area, it would be great to meet and hear about NH life from a local. We'll keep you updated! Thanks again.
