The NHLA urged contacting reps, and many of us did, but because legislators saw it as voluntary, it was a very hard sell.
I'm glad to hear that some tried. I wish that there was the ability to speak to the wider audience in the movement that there once was, the underground. Things sure got atomized, especially with Facebook.
